Individual Coaching

Coaching differs from both consulting and counseling. In a coaching dynamic, you take the lead. Through the exploration of open-ended questioning and unbiased insights, it empowers you to pave your own path towards your optimal course of action.

Team Workshops

A combination of group workshops and 1:1 coaching can transform a “team” from a group of indivduals to a high-performing self-actualized unit. In our group workshops we will uncover unique talents, appreciate how and why people do the things that we do, and move the team towards achieving your shared goals with a deep sense of belonging.

About coaching.

Coaching is a powerful and transformative modality that enables us to unlock our full potential and make the most of the resources we already possess. It offers a fresh perspective on the world around us or the challenges we face, opening the door to new possibilities and outcomes we may not have considered before.

At its core, coaching is forward-focused. It’s about creating momentum and supporting individuals as they move toward their goals and aspirations. While coaching may touch on the past to uncover insights or patterns, its primary aim is to foster self-awareness and leverage that understanding for growth and change. By exploring key moments from our history, we gain clarity about the beliefs and assumptions that shape our current views. Awareness is the catalyst for transformation.

Coaching operates on the belief that each of us holds the answers to our most pressing questions. However, during times of uncertainty or challenge, those answers can feel out of reach. As your coach, I serve as a guide—listening deeply, asking meaningful questions, and, when needed, challenging your assumptions. Together, we’ll uncover hidden possibilities, build a clearer understanding of your reality, and cultivate a mindset that supports positive change.

Our work may involve deconstructing old habits and behaviors that no longer serve you, then rebuilding intentional and empowering ones. The goal is to equip you with tools and strategies that align with your vision and help you achieve sustainable success.

Coaching is not just about reaching your goals—it’s about transforming how you see yourself and your ability to create the future you want.

My coaching approach.

My coaching is structured, strengths-based, and grounded in real-world leadership experience.

I blend the science of CliftonStrengths with Ontological coaching — which means we look at both what you do and how you think, decide, and show up. Most performance challenges aren’t just skill gaps. They’re patterns — in language, assumptions, habits, and emotional responses.

We make those patterns visible.

From there, we work deliberately.

Because my top CliftonStrength is Deliberative, I don’t rush to advice or quick answers. We slow down where it matters. We assess tradeoffs. We examine risk. We separate signal from noise. Especially for leaders operating in high-stakes environments, thoughtful decision-making is a competitive advantage.

Practically, our work often includes:

  • Clarifying a clear purpose and measurable outcomes for the engagement

  • Identifying strengths patterns and how they show up under pressure

  • Challenging limiting assumptions that shape decisions

  • Strengthening executive presence and communication

  • Navigating career transitions or role expansions

  • Building sustainable habits aligned with long-term goals

This isn’t motivational coaching. It’s disciplined reflection paired with practical action.
